PAL's Growth Story
Over the years, the Play and Learn Foundation (PAL) has evolved from a grassroots initiative into a structured non-profit organization focused on youth empowerment. What began as informal tutoring and sports sessions has grown into a multi-faceted program reaching thousands of students across Ghana.
Challenges Overcome
- Limitations: Early tutoring sessions were constrained by limited resources and informal support, which reduced effectiveness.
- Community Engagement: Without formal partnerships or structured activities, community involvement and support remained minimal.
- Funding Issues: Heavy reliance on personal contributions restricted funding capacity and limited the reach of programs.
